Overview

FC will be a smaller conference in comparison to BMUN's larger annual conference, and each committee will feature crisis procedure. Although the main goal of each committee will be to pass resolutions on each topic, delegates will also be tasked with facing continuous crises and responding through directives. This is a great opportunity for both novice delegates to be introduced to a crisis-driven committee and advanced delegates to hone their skills.

To attend FC, all delegates are required to submit a waiver (see Fall Conference 2025 Waiver below). Please contact events@bmun.org if you have any questions or concerns regarding our policies.

Please fill out this
form by 10/10 to register.

Fall Conference 2025 Waiver

Before arriving, each delegate and their parent/guardian will need to sign and complete our online waiver form. We require the completion of the waiver for both delegates and adult supervisor(s) by Thursday, November 6th, at 11:59pm. Delegates without a waiver submission will not be permitted to participate in Fall Conference.

Committee Preparation

For Fall Conference this year, we will be accepting position papers through this Google Form. In order to prepare for FC, delegates are encouraged to read the committee topic synopses and character profiles available on the FC Committees tab, and to also follow up with their own research on both the topic and their character. Note: FC is a crisis conference, meaning most committees will be conducted using this format. There is one GA committee that will follow standard BMUN Procedure.

Location

Fall Conference will take place in Social Sciences Building this year. Advisor Meeting and Lounge will be located in [TBD]. Closing Ceremony will take place in Hearst Field Annex A1.

Transportation & Parking

Parking may be difficult to find on or around campus. If possible, plan on arriving via the Downtown Berkeley BART station, or parking at one of the several paid parking lots off-campus. There is no parking at the Downtown Berkeley station, but you may find ample (and typically free) parking at the Ashby and North Berkeley BART stations, from which the Downtown Berkeley station is only one stop away.
