Registration for Fall Conference 2026 will open on September 9, 2026. An advisor must fill out a form to register their entire team.

The form asks you to select your committee preferences. Our team will try our best to ensure that your preferences are matched to the best of our ability. Committee and country assignments will be made available for each round after a week of the last day of the registration round. You will be considered fully registered and receive country assignments when you submit your registration application, school fee, and delegate fees before the end of registration. Submitting the registration form and completing associated payments by the deadline will allow delegates to get their assignments earlier and have more time to prepare for the conference.

Please note that Fall Conference is an IN-PERSON event at the UC Berkeley campus. Prior to the event, participants must submit a waiver.

Fees and Payment

Costs of attending the Fall Conference include:

  • A $35 school fee, due by the end of the registration round

  • A $30 delegate fee per student, due by the end of the registration round

BMUN is dedicated to giving as many delegates the opportunity to participate in our conference as possible. These fees will go towards securing more venues, which have unfortunately become more restricted and more expensive, and ensure that BMUN can continue to provide a wide range of committees at total capacity. Payment Options:

  1. Online: QuickBooks is BMUN’s accounting system. We record all payments and invoices through this system, whether we receive your payment in the form of a check or online. All invoices for school fees and delegate fees will be sent through this system.

    After you register, you will be emailed an invoice from QuickBooks prompting you to make your payment for the school and delegate fees via QuickBooks Payments. QuickBooks accepts all major credit and debit cards (please note that a 2.9% processing fee is assessed for payments made by card). Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email. If you have any trouble paying online, please email treasurer@bmun.org.

  2. Check: All checks should be made payable to “Berkeley Model United Nations”, include the invoice number, and be addressed to the following address:

Please note that if you do choose to pay by check, the check must be postmarked by the payment due date that you are supposed to meet. Please verify that your check is addressed to the correct address above to ensure timely processing of your payment and registration steps.

Drop & Refund Policy:

A full refund may be granted if requested before the round for which you registered closes. No refunds will be granted past registration closing date.
